Country Caterers did an incredible job catering a sit down dinner for our wedding last year.  In our initial meetings, Pam was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us great confidence based on her no-fuss attitude and clear experience. Pam was always willing to listen to our ideas and it felt like a real collaboration between her and us to deliver a menu that reflected our personalities and preferences, within the limitations of a meal served to more than 100 people in a field!  Pam was also more than able to accommodate a range of dietary requirements (including a strict no nut policy, which had to be applied across all food).  On the day of the event, Pam and her team did setup and prep work without any fuss, which was great as gave us one less thing to think about.  In fact, we barely noticed the catering team (which in this situation was a reassuring sign that they had everything under control).  When it came to dinner itself, the food was delicious and exactly what we had in mind. We were very happy! There was plenty of food (no one went hungry, that’s for sure) and many guests commented on how beautiful their meal was. The team were also great. Their service (food was delivered to tables, family-style and later cleared) was friendly and efficient. Finally, the team left everything clean and tidy, minimising effort when we packed up the following day. All in all, we were really happy with the catering provided and we highly recommend Pam and the team at Country Caterers!
